Opportunity: Early Core Team

We’re building an AI-assisted ESL learning platform for intermediate-to-advanced learners, combining structured learning paths with AI services to improve speaking, writing, and overall fluency.

What makes the platform different is a unique grammar analysis approach designed to streamline human understanding and produce stable, reproducible, human-readable parses, enabling clear grammatical distinctions (computationally - decision trails) useful both for learning and as an interpretability layer alongside neural models.

Working assumption: Our core analysis layer is deterministic by design (pre-tokenization grammar and analysis). This is an execution role. Applicants should be comfortable contributing implementable improvements within this framework, not debating the premise or proposing to replace it.
